Acceptance of Terms
By joining and participating in a Spherix Community, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and the instructions provided by Spherix staff.
Eligibility
Membership is open only to individuals who fit the criteria of the specific panel, such as a licensed healthcare provider, or market access professional. Spherix verifies eligibility and reserves the right to remove members who provide false information or do not meet criteria.
Participation Requirements
Members may be invited to participate in research activities such as surveys, interviews, or group discussions. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time. Members are expected to provide honest, accurate, and timely responses.
Honoraria and Incentives
Eligible members will receive honoraria for completed activities. Payment amount and method will be specified in invitation materials. Spherix reserves the right to withhold payment if there is evidence of fraud, duplicate participation, or violation of study rules. Additional or adjusted honoraria may be offered for special cases, subject to Spherix's discretion and documentation.
Confidentiality and Data Use
You must not disclose any confidential information provided during studies or share study materials with third parties. Spherix will handle your data according to the Spherix Community Privacy Policy. Your responses will be anonymized and used for aggregate research purposes only.
Community Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior. Misuse of the community, attempts to manipulate research outcomes, or harassment of staff or other members are grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of incentives.
Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification
All participants are subject to verification. Spherix may audit panel membership using industry databases, request professional or health documentation, and monitor for suspicious activity. Suspected cases of fraud will be investigated and may result in disqualification, removal, and notification to relevant stakeholders.
Membership and Opt-Out
You may leave the Spherix Community at any time by notifying the panel management team or unsubscribing through your community portal. Spherix may also terminate your membership for cause, including breach of these terms, or if you no longer meet panel eligibility requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Spherix is not liable for any damages arising from participation or inability to participate in community activities, except as required by law. Spherix's total liability under these terms is limited to the value of any unpaid, earned honoraria.
Amendments
Spherix may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the community portal or sent by email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
